From October 27th to November 4th, museums are open for free to residence of Bath and the county of North East Somerset. In addition, there are various activities going on at the heritage sites in conjunction with Open Week.
Prior Park was influenced by the landscape garden movement of the 18th Century. It was built between 1734 and 1764 by a Bath businessman, Ralph Allen.
