4 April 2013: Oxford, England

THURSDAY
Part of the assortment offered for breakfast. On the bus into town.
Hertford Bridge.
Ornate door. Radcliffe Camera.
University Church of Saint Mary the Virgin.
The church ceiling painted to represent night and day. Plaque of the martyrs of the Reformation.
Pitt Rivers Museum... a little of everything.
Most of the dinosaurs were wrapped up, because the museum's glass roof is being repaired.
The College is Closed... a popular sign at the entrance of most colleges.
Lunch at Prêà Manger. Wooden "posting box" outside the post office.
Covered market that dates back to 1774.

Dinner at Fire and Stone with 6 pound pizzas on Thursday.

3 April 2013: Bath to Oxford

WEDNESDAY
Shop windows in Bath: Birds. Food.
Bath Spa train station.
Torrija, a delicious Spanish Easter dessert some friends gave me for my train journey. The English countryside.
Transferred train at Didcot Parkway. Blue train and blue sky.
Video of the different tracks. Train to Oxford approaching.
Arrived at Oxford train station: Caution, do no run.
Gloucester Green Market. Oxford bus station to meet my parents.
We catch a taxi to the B&B. Notice in the taxi: It is illegal for taxis to use Queen's Street as a Through Route.
Offered tea and treats while the host gave us tourist info about Oxford. Catch the bus into town.
Oxford.
Christ Church Cathedral. 6pm Evensong.
Sun shining through the clouds following the service.
Dinner at a pub. Stop & Bite food truck.
