The American Museum in Britain was founded by an American and a British, both whom were antique collectors. In 1961, the museum opened in the small village of Claverton located two miles east of Bath. The museum depictions life in America over the centuries.

As I left the museum, the parking lot was full and there was a line of half a dozen cars waiting to get in. Today was the last day before the museum closes up for the winter.
